Did you even install JPN .cias? You kinda need to do that for the region swap to work.

Do you install the cias first? What happens if you don't swap the secureinfo? For example, install all the japanese cias and then reboot. Does it still use the usa firmware? Then when you swap the secureinfo, it becomes japanese?
