Hacking Error Code 002-0102, Have I been banned?

I have a banned Japanese 3DS, but it still can go on eShop and Miiverse.

Flashcard : Sky3DS

Game playing : Pokemon ORAS

SysNAND firmware version : 9.5.0-22J

Visit other online Nintendo services such as eShop and Miiverse: Yes

Does that ban apply to just that game or every online game you try:

I tried MK7、Pokemon X、Youtube...etc

Additional info:

After getting special Pokemons , it blocked my 3ds

any solution ? Can I transfer the Digital Games (or NNID) to the new 3DS from this banned 3DS ?

A player has reported on another website to be banned using PRIVATE headers. In my opinion he's a troll but who knows, if somone else got banned using private headers then it's confirmed.

header type: public ----> Edit by Cyan : private header used when the ban occurred, but public header were used 5 days before switching to using the private one for two weeks. The private header was used on multiple games without ban until today (never played online at the same time).

Prima di ricevere pokemon Y e omega Rubino (che non ho elencato) ho usato per un lasso di tempo l'header di Metal gear solid 3D, e l'ho usato.. DOPO ho iniziato ad usare header privato.

ho messo in elenco ciò che mi è sembrato più plausibile sembrare riconducibile ad un ban.

Before receiving pokemon omega Y and Ruby (which I have not listed ) I used for a period of time the header of Metal Gear Solid 3D , and I used it .. AFTER I started using private header .

I put in this list which I thought was the most plausible seem attributable to a ban .

I play my own backup games and powersaves can detect my sky3ds as a real gamecard. If I got banned then sky3ds will be in trouble really )

The more I see, the more I notice Pokemon. I actually use real copies of Pokemon myself. The most I've played of Sapphire on my gateway was to use bank transfers.

afaik none got banned using 9.2. 9.2 is safe for now.

how i get back to 9.2? im in 9.5 and the last emunand backup i have is like 8.1...

Geez, i don't come on gbatemp for a bit and now there is Armageddon about ban waves. Welp I have been on emunand 9.2 or 9.3 not sure which and still using gateway 2.8 and have been going online with public headers just fine. Though I wonder if I should not risk it and just apply a private header to the game myself

Is sky3DS using the same ID for all their games? or they have a random 10-list headers?

It seems to affect:
Sky3DS : any games?
GW/MT : Pokémon only?

...

Sky3DS does not use the same header ID twice, as far as i checked and know.
(Meaning every online game has another public header!)

As example:

-
- Pokemon OR uses another header then AS or X or Y or Smash Bros or RE:R etc...

The problem with Sky3DS users is, if header relelated, Everybody who plays Pokemon OR, plays with the same header.
- So every RE:R player uses the same RE:R public header
- Every Pokemon X player uses the same public X header
- Every Smash Bros player uses the same Smash Bros public header
- etc.... (I think you get the picture now)

(So it means, everybody who plays the same game online, uses the same public header)
(Again that's why i use private headers in my sky3ds template and not just 1, i use different headers, according to gamesize, so it match up etc...)

I don't think it is based on MAC address, that would be very naive (and very Nintendo nonetheless). It is probably based on the unique console ID.
But if you want to try, report on the results.

I use my sky3ds in 4 different 3ds systems (3ds / 3ds xl / n3ds / 2ds) (and all games have a private header through the modified template file i use)
I don't use it anymore on my n3ds, cause that one has all my bought games (fw 9.5) out of precaution
I still play sky3ds on the xl (fw9.4)/2ds (fw9.5) and i use it also for game updates in classic mode on my Gateway enabled 3ds (sysnand 4.5/emunand 9.5)
So far no bans, i don't play alot of online games, but i do play daily pokemon as on sky3ds (with it's own pokemon as header i ripped from my as retail cart)

is a ban for ID? What is Id on my console?.. it's the serial Number + Mac Address?

I can Replace via hardware my ID? What do i need for this?

Also sorry to ask this here everyone, but I have a few games that I play online using public headers but I wish to apply my own headers to them. Can this be done on .3dz? or do i have change it back to .3ds apply the header then change back to .3dz (and also will my save files be there still?)

I'll explain everything to make you understand better.
I purchased the 3ds xl a month ago or so, I initially used for a few days headers MGS3D , later ( after 5-6 days or so ) I've got pokemon ruby omega retail , and I always used his header on all other backup , until i get banned today , I was sure to be protected .

damn .. if I replace the module wifi 3DS ( including MAC ) maybe I can fix ?
or, I can replace the serial code of the console ? .. How can I fix ?
