Nope. I just have a Google Chrome plugin that I use to check newsfeeds for various websites I like to visit. I set it to check once a day. Don't remember exact name but its called "Page Monitor" in my extensions.

Guess you just had really lucky timing then. That or I had really unlucky timing since it seems like it was probably posted like 30 seconds after I closed that tab.

They're really unfortunately vague about the downgrade feature. No mention of whether it works for 2DS or not (almost certainly not) or even if it works for original and XL consoles that have never been on 4.5.

First thing we need to know is whether or not you can downgrade below the firmware that originally came on the 3DS. If so, then there's no reason that wouldn't work on a 2DS as well.

The way they talk about it, you can use either your own NAND dump or their downgrade pack if you don't have one.

I think there was a post by garyopa saying GW is starting beta testing for N3DS, because they already shipped N3DS to their beta tester

But my guess is it'll be at least another month

The ideal testers are the ones with hardware mods, everyone else should wait for results

The nand that you have created can be only done on 4.5 or do you need to have installed the emunand first?
Like if you are on 8.x and you need then the 8.x emunand.

Geez, are you just sitting there watching the gateway page and constantly clicking refresh or something? I swear, I was on the Gateway page like 10 minutes ago to download the 3.0 beta launcher and there was no sign of this 3.0.1 beta post or anything.

Some of us set up an IFTTT profile to notify us via Pushbullet when Gateway makes a new post.
