Alright! I'm here to say that YES you can use the go.gatway-3ds.com exploit to run the Gateway 3DS 3.0 ULTRA launcher! Boot Gateway Mode does NOT work due to no red card inserted... Most other features work however. NOTE: DOING A DOWNGRADE WITHOUT GW RED CARD IS DANGEROUS! I DON'T RECOMMEND IT!!! I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOU BRICK YOUR 3DS!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! If it works flawlessly, let me know.

Pretty much all you can do is backup system NAND, backup retail games, and backup and restore save files from retail games. I think if someone is able to reverse-engineer the Gateway launcher.dat, then this would be a big deal because we could write a custom launcher.dat that could possibly allow us to run ROMs and homebrew without a Gateway card.

You'd probably have to use your SD card on the PC. Because you can't download them using the 3DS internet browser. But i'm not absolutely sure on that one though

So it is possible without a card hmm. I'm not sure if its worth it though

Also is there a such thing as firmware spoofed .cia files mean we can download game regardless of the firmware?

EDIT: nvm there is indeed. did a little research and it looks like it is possible to find firmware spoofed .cias
