Hacking Gateway 3.0 : "Ultra"

No N3DS support has me pretty upset BUT I played around for a while and got something interesting to happen.

Nothing happens if I access the exploit website with the Browser.
I dunno if this has been tried yet but I accessed the exploit website using the YouTube app on my 9.2 N3DSXL.

The result was this:

Sooo... nothing's working yet but at least something actually happens right?

Here's hoping Gateway gets the N3DS supported soon ASAP.

How can i change .3ds to .3dz i all ready got my mario kart 7 valid header into my roms but i don't know how to change .3ds to .3dz

Oh boy, you're going to feel so stupid when you realise how obvious and simple it is.

For Windows simply right click on the ROM you wish to convert, then select rename, delete the "s" from .3ds and replace it with a "z" making it .3dz and there you go conversion complete!

Some chatter regarding the N3DS. legit source. He has had some communication with the team being an official reseller. So probably out of beta by a weeks time if no major bugs

Friends that I have in Korea have a Korean 3DS. (Mine is American) Gateway works for me but doesn't work for them... I wonder if it doesn't work on Korean 3DSes yet...

Anyone know? (I made sure they are on 9.0~9.2)

I can confirm it's possible to mirror the hack page, so no fear here.
They look at the user-agent and the payload might be different for different for different browser version though.

It should be fairly doable to write a smartphone app that opens a local AP and hosts this, making it easy to get to GW mode without Internet connection.

I'll try this with my phone. Would make a nice project while waiting for my gw.

Are you guys using the same micro sdhc on newer 3dses that you use in your 4.5 consoles or new microsdhc's? I'm guessing that the emunand from my 4.5 will not load in my 9.2 console would it? But I did launch my GW with the same microsdhc and it seemed to load emunand without having put an emunand on it with the 9.2 console. Does this mean that the emunand can go back and forth between lower fw and higher fw consoles?

I've been out of the scene for a long time. The 9.2 works? I plugged in the micro sd and the big sd, put the new correct files on and went to the go.gateway site but just got an error and it crashed. The sword game appeared after but clicking it crashed the 3ds. Did I do something wrong or do I need to wait longer for the downgrade stuff to be dropped.
