Hacking Gateway 3DS working on the New Nintendo 3DS.

Went with the Tesco deal which is on at the moment, white 3DS XL with Super Mario 3D Land for £119.99. The GF will make good use of it once I can use my N3DS XL with Gateway, whenever that will be.

oh i may have to go grab one of those later as well that will save me £60 alone never know when il need another since i already accidentaly updated one of mine before i got my gateway i should get round to asking someone to add NAND port mod at somepoint too

Where does it say it has firmware 4.3? I don't see that detail on their detail page.

It doesnt say on the page you have to wait till you turn the console on to find out iirc

its the game bundle and colour it comes with that tells you its 4.3, same with the mario kart set.

Just had a thought they did go out of stock after i received one with 4.3. Chance the new stock they got may have a higher firmware but i doubt it. The special edition versions with games pre installed are most likely all manufactured at the same time.

As I thought. The problem is the new 3DS XL is much better with the stable 3D and c stick. The old one is just not playable with the flickering screen when using the 3D. Come on Gateway its time to release!!

I agree, the N3DS XL is a much better machine - the 3D tracking alone makes it amazing. But these cheap 4.x 3DS XLs are hard to pass though.

So you want to giving up on something that we know all of it, already tested by some people with a team that always proved they can do things on the 3DS side for a name that got noting exept that ? you dont even know if they will have sort of emunand or if they will be capable easily of updating their card when BigN will release updates... seriously...
