yeah it looks awesome i have seen it in a review i think it was by Blunty but i don't want to risk switching wifi on until i have Emunand up & running on my N3DS.

3D youtube is cool, but I think most people here are trying not to connect to wifi, just in case

Yep, still everything is being pieced together, its not easy as the team is spread over four different major time zones and not everyone is awake at the same time, all the jigsaw pieces are almost in place. Release could happen any moment between now and the end of the week, with all effort being pushed towards the NOW side instead of the later.

The "good" thing that came from this, is now we know Garyopa has no idea about when the update will come, so know to disregard any other predictions he has. The weather thing was pretty funny however.

awesome i just watched his yt video the chain saw 2 on my samsung 3d monitor & i have to say the 3d effectsby far the best i have ever seen,it felt like the blade almost touching my nose. just WOW. thanks for recommending his channel

OK, this has gone on long enough, go on gateway-3ds.com and read the latest post again. (I'll even link the relevant portion of the latest post for relevance):

Our proven policy is not to rush a product for a quick shameless buck, but to release highly featured updates which are also future proof. All Gateway owners have been enjoying our product for up to 18 months now and none of them regret their purchase. The same will remain for new users who we are sure will enjoy their Gateway, probably for the lifetime of their console.
Thank you for your support and we ask you for just a little more patience, our release is now just around the corner.

No where does it say they were releasing next week, next month or even next year. The fact of the matter is that they said "just around the corner" which is as vague as it gets. They might of said elsewhere a specific time elsewhere but they haven't on their site, and if they had a specific release time, wouldn't the main site be the first thing they will post it too.

Enough of this whole "The Gateway update is tomorrow", lets just move on and wait for an update post if anything. Enough time has passed to the point where they will most likely announce when they are ready to release it when they are prepared to do so. Just let them work on it in peace without being pressured and maybe then your hopes wont be repeatedly crushed ever time a 'release date' comes out of the blue.

Besides, when the update does come out this whole forum will end up carrying on like nothing has ever happened anyway (besides a few bad jokes/memes and a more pessimistic view on Gateway emunand release schedule).
