Because this caught my eye.
It's a New 3DS with the Gateway Multi-ROM menu opened up, and it's a separate menu than the one shown in the teaser video since the teaser video has about 45 ROMs while that beta test only had 4. So it must be different than the one shown in the teaser video.
(or this is just bs and i'm rambling on without reason)

I think that there will not be beta testers for this release : Gateway know about our "wait" so "For their followers" they will only release a public one (beta or not like omega 2.0.1.2.3.4.5.6 and .7 ).

What is your point of view.
