The tone of the email with the 5th of Jan deadline was just as definitive as the one from the 18th of Jan deadline. I would say if they don't release by tomorrow, both are equally meaningless: just their email guy pulling ETAs out of his ass

This is what i was saying all along! The delay could be emunand itself! The only thing I dont understand is the required internet connection. Maybe only the beta testers got it in order not to distribute the exploit like last time. who knows...

No, we don't know that, "before jan 18th" was given the same way as "before jan 5th" an individual email.
And since they probably don't giveafuck about them as we've seen with their date change, I wouldn't believe it any more.

It's as if they are close to a release though, with all these confirmed leaks. I do not see them holding it off for another month, but then again this is them we're talking about here.

I asked people in my skype group if Sony USA was legit, they said no, and if you look at the comment section ppl said it was fake. Gateway will probably have Emunand on release. Don't see why not. I just want a response on gateway main website to inform their customers what is occurring, but they are too lazy with it

The thing Is Garyopa - the administrator at Maxconsole vouched for him stating that he is legit so I see no reason why he would lie to us.

I think SonyUSA is the real deal, why he posted what he did, who knows. But it raised people's hopes exponentially thinking the exploit was just about to be released any minute once people knew who it was and it wasn't a prank or anything.
