Exactly! and instead of informing users to wait for confirmation of it working on 9.4 he seems to be 100% confident that it will work. I'm not saying it doesn't work, but if their customers update their 3DS without confirmation and somehow the cart is blocked, Sky3ds will be in for some hectic backlash.

i doubt the patched/fixed anything really big.
9.3.0 updated a lot of titles, this is only 2 it seems. (but sure, maybe the exploit/bug etc was in home menu)

nintendo is probably laughing at how paranoid people are, when they could have simply just made a little bug that they fixed

Reason for region free = play games from Japan on US 3DS. That is the biggest thing for me

Region Free is among the most important features I expect from a flashcard.
You have a flashcard so you can use software you cannot access without it, whatever the reason, and region locking is a strong reason.

9.3 people should remain at 9.3 regardless though. even if 9.4 is minimal, security is only going to get tighter.
