AUS is EUR, at least the same Region for Nintendo^^

Funny thing is, under the bottom cover it has "Frankfurt" (German Town) listed

At the moment, the only advantage is that 4.5 may be the only way to have emuNAND at this point, but like I said earlier, in all likelihood, emuNAND does work considering everything else seems to work from the 4.5 exploit. They just haven't had any reason to try it yet.

Regardless, you may want to hold onto your 4.5 3DS for the time being if emuNAND is a big concern for you.

Yes emunand is enough to keep my 3DS,hopefully we got more information on this update.

CE marking is a logo that says it meets European regulatory standards. It is similar to FCC wordings you see on there. Nothing funny going on.
