Homebrew Genesis ROMS in .md for JenesisDS?

I have downloaded a few Genesis Roms, but they are in .md format. The emulator I use on my dstwo is JenesisDS. I saw that they can only read .bin files. How do I convert .md to .bin?

.md is simply an indicator that it is a Mega-Drive game, the same goes for roms with the .gen extension (for Genesis) as these are simply used to distinguish Mega-Drive/Genesis roms from standard binary files. The only indicator that they should be converted is if they have the extension .smd or .mgd as these indicate copier formats.
