Hacking What happened?

I've been gone for two weeks and suddenly the 3DS scene has exploded. Was it cracked? Is there a CFW? Can you do anything with a current OFW 3DS now or do you still need an old 4.5?

I checked the noob thread, but it doesn't seem to have any general information, just very specific questions about things.

Not anymore. A flashcard named Sky3DS is coming out which allows the play of 10 pirated 3ds games on each cart on the latest firmware and new 3ds. Costs slightly more than gateway.

Thanks for the fast and general replies. So...basically no movement on the 9.x front other than a card that, if I'm reading things correctly, only works for 10 games and then you have to buy a new one? Kinda lame.

Thats correct, However Gateway has said ''We’ve gotten lots of inquiries about the New 3DS. There’s little we can officially disclose at this moment but we can safely assure you we have some tricks up our sleeves.

Yeah, I can only hope they have a trick up their sleeve for the N3DS, because I'm not laying out for a 4.5 regular 3DS this at this point.

Ok thanks man, but I'v heard something about emunand 8.1 for SSB, what do you have to do for that, I know its weird but I'v never used emunand on my GW

i still think gateway will launch another cart with support fot FW > 4.X
They will get more money and still be the one everyone loves (or, you know, most of us)

well theirs always the open another app trick also eunand is just like betting up the gw mode u still hit the red boot (not format emunand again)
