Your 3ds is connected ? Did you hold the L button ? If yes launch the run.bat again until it works.

Launch the cfw by holding L + DS profile, stay in the home menu an execute the run.bat file until it works. If you want to change your internet setup, launch the cfw without holding L.

Yeah it doesn't circumvent region. There's no reason to think the CFW /couldn't/ with some modification (just as long as you don't ask Normmatt to implement it )

Same for me first, I restored my emunand + gateway launcher, updated it, downloaded something on eshop, then restored again my nand (on sector 1) + cfw launcher.dat (this one works without rop multiloader http://gbatemp.net/threads/release-3ds-cfw-cia-installer.373461/page-30#post-5143977) and it worked.

Right, I check both New.Super.Mario.Bros.2.Including.10.DLC.EUR.3DSWare.3DS-BigBlueBox and Legend.Of.Zelda.EUR.NES.VC.3DS-BigBlueBox

Super.Mario.Bros.2 is in .cia file extention in NFO , where Legend.Of.Zelda.EUR.NES.VC.3DS-BigBlueBox is in .3DS format , but NFO is Similure in data layout

Might just be a file extension rename ing that is all, IE game ID is almost matches as data go .

So, when you install a .CIA via DevMenu, it will break the region lock thing? Or just an european 3DS is able to play the NSMB2+DLC at moment?

Nope. Has less compatibility
