Sorry, but I havent a nand.bin because I havent a GW, how do I do? Can I use another nand.bin form another user?

all you need is a ds flashcard card that runs in 3ds with the GW installer.nds GW emunand worked without red card when it was 1st released ,i think you need older GW launcher that lets you make NAND backup without the red card in

Yeah it doesn't circumvent region. There's no reason to think the CFW /couldn't/ with some modification (just as long as you don't ask Normmatt to implement it )

My problem is that i cant create an internet connection after boot. When i search for acess points, it still hang. I guess my laptop and my 3DS should be in the same internet. Somebody know a solution?

Do the connexion adding step after booting without holding L. When I tried, if booted with L hold, it would freeze when searching AP, when done after booting without holding L it worked.

The solution to your problem is a simple one. Set your internet settings in SYSNAND before doing a backup, then back it up and write it to the emunand partition.

I think they are only doing eshop games in cia files , but place's can't be mention here .

But names a Big Blue Box cof odd colour .
