Hacking with a new vita can i access the account of an old one?

long story short:i'm on fw 3.18 you all know that right about now updating is not an option if i want in the future an hacked console.
but now i don't have access to psn anymore...if i buy a new vita could i have access to the psn with the account of my old vita?
and if i can could i transfer the digital games from my new vita to the old vita?

Yes, all your games are stored on your PSN account and you can access it with any PlayStation device. You can install each of your games on two activated devices total, you can also de-activate devices remotely.

for the second question i didn't understood if you were trying to answer it so i re-ask
with a new vita fw 3.35 is there a way to transfer games to an old vita fw 3.18 with both vitas having one owner?

Only if you have a PS3 with custom firmware that you could use to transfer. The only way to re-download games is to connect to PSN, and connecting to PSN requires you to be online. The system you want to re-download games has to be up-to-date if you want to use PSN.

backing up on the pc and swapping memory cards doesn't work either?
