I have my whole movie collection on an external 1T hard drive.
If I hook that up to an Xbox One:

- will it see the hard drive and play the movies (my Xbox 360 does not see the hard drive..?)
- can I access the hard drive from other computers over the network? I'd like to add more movies or play them onto another computer

We currently share this hard drive through a desktop computer. We can play movies through the Xbox 360 system video player, or use the 'play to' function.. I'm hoping hooking it up directly to a Xbox One and still access everything..

the Xbox One is supposedly going to get a media player app that will play stuff from USB Drives sometime later.
