Gaming Hidden Modes, Options, etc?

I'm just posting a simple observation. Have you noticed that with most Nintendo hardware there's hidden stuff that's usually not known until found accidentally? For example the hidden Wi-Fi setting in the DS that you need a toothpick to click on, or the DS/3DS connectivity in the Mii Channel on the Wii. I'm just curious if there's anything like that in the 3DS and Wii U. I know the Wii U has a hidden option in the System Settings and I'm not too sure about the 3DS. So what are you guy's thoughts? Maybe there's hidden stuff we still don't know yet until we figure out the button combination to unlock it?
