Hacking Buy from US Network shop with Japan 3DS?

Is there anyway to be able to do this?

I found where I can buy a Japan 3DS that is hackable so that I can play games from other regions. Problem is if I buy a North American game and I ant to buy DLC, is there a way to be able to do so?

What games (US exclusive and translated) in 3DS have DLCs anyway? All I can think of are Theathrhytm, Fire Emblem, and Super MArio.

How are those games US exclusives? They all have EU release too so...
As for games with DLC there's also Conception 2 and SMT4

Hmmm... I just bought a 3DS here in Japan and I got a Version 6 that I upgraded to 7 since right now, I bought games just so I can pass the time while waiting for developments in the hack.

Question is: Is there still someone trying to develop a hack for the later software versions?
