As the title says. TrueCrypt is no longer supported, so what should I use to encrypt my backups?

what is your OS ? Windows ? Linux ?

if it's Linux, I'd create a LUKS partition, with a passphrase or an external key.
it's pretty easy, I just did it a few minutes ago actually.

I use AxCrypt on Windows its good, free and integrates into windows within the right click menu.

i dont believe in conspiracy theories..

but all of a sudden...something is fishy... did NSA have something to do with this.

Trucrypt is no longer supported.... ok I get that. But is it going to stop working overnight? Or is there some reason to believe it's not as secure as everybody previously thought??
