Hacking Is there a pokemon editor or save game editor available?

If you are talking about injecting pokemon into X/Y, there is no public way of doing that at this time.

You can edit gen 5 saves and transfer things up through bank.

Use either a GTS trade exploit site like pokecheck (exploit will be shutting down very soon so better do it now if you are interested) or directly edit the save with Pokegen. Once you have done that, then use PokeTransfer and Bank to transfer them up to X/Y.

how it gonna edit the save , if there i no way to send the save from the cartridge to the iphone ans send it back ?
you must have back up device for DS games to do that

Well, don't use an app. There are free sights like pokecheck. These are not save editors, but are GTS trade glitch exploiters. For the novice, these are the way to go.

To edit saves, you need Pokegen and a Flashcart.

I have gateway. Is that all right? Will these pokemon be banned online?

You could edit the Pokemon on the blue card, but you would still need a legit NDS Pokemon card to send them to after editing your save, another 3ds that can use poke bank (it won't work in emunand) and a legit copy of x or y to transfer the Pokemon to from poke bank......oh so simple


Oh and btw that is only for pre-x&y pokemon

They aren't banned (unless Nintendo starts dropping the ban hammer on online ROMs, mainly referring to those not dumped by you), but you still cannot edit a Gateway save and then reload it with any public tools.

Edit: I'm talking just from an X/Y standpoint.

Or direct editing of a Gen 5 save using Pokegen and a flash cart.

Edit: this method will be the only way to do this when the GTS servers go down.

It doesn't work for X/Y. That message is also old. They are working on it but there is no exact ETA yet.

I think pokécheck will continue working after tomorrow. Not sure 100% but when you change your primary DNS for another one (in this case it's from the creators of pokécheck), this modified DNS server will change the real IP address (Nintendo GTS servers adress) for the IP adress of pokécheck fakegts. If this is so, then in any moment you are connecting with Nintendo servers, so I think pokécheck will continue.
Otherwise pokegts.us will not continue, because "I'm unable to emulate these servers, due to how they're structured". I dont know if they (pokécheck and gtsus) have the same structure, but if the have the same then both will not working.

You only need a friend with a 3ds and Pokemon to trade whatever you want from it over to your own save......still not perfect but better than nothing

I've tried that and another in the savegame request thread. Both led to a corrupt save, as my file is 3dz. I lost my save because I changed my file from 3ds to 3dz to play online.

Yeah which is why I said you would need a "go-between" I.e if your using X, use the Y save with a .3ds copy of Y and transfer Pokemon to a friend, then have your friend transfer them to your X save
