Sorry to burst a bubble, but that's been debunked. It was just leftover in the code from last year's E3 or even 2012. "new nintendo console" refers to the WiiU. You can see they have "Wii at E3" in there too, and, well, Wii hasn't been in E3 for quite a while.

The "killer game" of Wii U is still Super Smash Bros. 4 but the rest are awesome contenders too, I'm waiting anxiously for my Bayonetta 2.

But seriously, I think it could be Nintendo's next handheld. Either that or a Wii U redesign (something like what Sony did with the PS3 when they relaunched it).

No one has mentioned what the meta tags are for.
Whenever someone does a web search, relevant pages are displayed. The search engine uses text on the page in addition to the meta tag. So, if someone searches for "new Nintendo console" there's a good chance E3's site is at the top of the list.

Am I the first one to notice that there is a "wii at E3" tag directly next to it? That "new Nintendo console" is probably just (still) referring to the wiiu, and equally probably just copy-pasted from last year's page. That other tag is more worrying, as they haven't talked about the actual wii in ages. They aren't going to start remaking games for that thing, are they?

Or, maybe we should just wait a month and see if Nintendo is planning to release another console. Rumors are just as bad as tabloids imo; they're designed to rile people up, normally in a wrong way. But they won't release a new console: they're not stupid. Everybody thinks they should release a new console, but seriously: two years is a stupid life expectancy rate. Only maniacs would kill something that had only lived for two years.
