While it did happen with Epic Yarn (and was actually complete, playable and all), I can say it wasn't in most of the DS games, like the recent Kirby Mass Attack.

sure, i understand/know, just i have played a bunch of games on my (japanese) 3ds, and only yoshi loaded up in japanese (and no other roms i played did)The reverse is what's actually very unlikely

unfortunately not anymore really, unless the game supports languages that are not supported officially in the 3ds system, like, swedish etc.Because games usually have a language option.
