Hacking 2.1 Omega exiting system settings

It still kicks you back to realNAND, is there any reason they didnt fix it, or is it supposed to be a "feature?"

its how the 3ds is built I think
once you exit settings it reboots the 3ds

I personally like it, and it's not like you're going into the settings all the time right?...

As Joe88 said, it probably just resets the system. You just have to pay attention and don't start those system updates too fast.

Yeah, i have a bunch of empty folders on emuNAND, so it's a non-issue for me, but rebooting upon exiting settings makes sense.
