Hacking Reliable Site To Buy??

After a few weeks with my R4i Gold flashcart I decided I needed an upgrade. I purchased my R4i at thegamerdepot.com but this time I did a little snooping around this time since It is 42$
I found good reviews and bad reviews about the site. People have been saying they steal credit card info and others say its legit. From my experiance nothing seems too out of order. The reason I chose this site is because its free shiping. the cards are pre flashed and the company ships from California. Anyone have adavice?
