I have learned to take screenshots of emails from Team Gateway with a grain of salt, over the past week or so. I've emailed them twice since the 20th, and still haven't gotten any kind of response.
The last, most recent email response that I found was around February 18th, and I haven't been able to find anything any more recent than that.
Has anyone gotten any word at all directly from Team Gateway in the past week?
It's pretty pathetic that their customers have been better at troubleshooting and trying to resolve the bricking fiasco than they have been. If it weren't for the GBATemp community, gamesquest1 in particular, we would still be flying in the dark for almost five weeks straight.
Don't really know why I expected better from them.
