I just discovered that you can watch any video that requires flash player by setting the browser to an ipad instead of wii u. It works like a charm, although you may need to let it load. Thats all.

Wow, this is life changing. And it was so simple, yet I had never thought to mess with the Wii U browser settings, so I never even realized that was possible on the Wii U. Thanks for the tip!

holy shit, putlocker links are workin now... I ... can ... watch .... more ... tv shows o.o
I love you ^^ no need to always download and stream via plex... LOL
did I already tell you that I LOVE YOU?!

edit:
By the way, how come, noone ever figured that out before? >.< make this a goddamn sticky and spread the news to every corner of the world, the WiiU does support flash player streams =)

wow you guys. i knew this already when the big update came out in october. Useragent isn't new. androids have it too. making a website believe that you use a another browser is really easy but could also mess things up.

Would have been nice to share this in October then.
I was always under the assumption, that the WiiU Browser wouldnt support flash player, no matter what.
Only html5 streams in .mp4 format. Thats why I have always been using Plex to watch TV shows, because it could transcode the media on the fly.

I use useragent all the time on Android and iOS. I just never assumed in a million years that Nintendo would offer it in their browser so I never looked through the settings.

I love this because now I can watch my ultraviolet movies on Vudu via the browser. I still wish there was a dedicated app, but this is now completely functional. If only Wii U had blu-ray support, then I wouldn't need another device in my living room.

What the hell? Well what exactly do you guys do and change to get this working?
Edit= nevermind guys I figured it out and this is awesome!
