Introduction:
This is the hopeful start to my dream Sapphire hack. Although I do not have much knowledge on hacking ROMs, I will try to form a development team and will be the director.

The Storyline:
Still being worked on. Most probably will be as close to the storyline of Sapphire with the addition to having choices within the game.

The Features:
- Two regions: Hoenn and most probably the ability to travel *back* to Kanto
- Harder trainers
- Two Pokémon Leagues
- Day and Night transitions
- Hoenn music
- All 718 Pokémon, including the ones from X and Y
- The ability to ride Pokémon
- Lead Pokémon walks behind you
- Fairy Type included
- Team Magma/Aqua with the twist of Team Rocket
- 3D World
- All new moves

What you're gonna need to do is at least have some sort of progress as to how far you've come, just saying, oh I'm looking for interested parties will most likely not go well.

Your main post seems like you're just looking for people. In order to actually make a thread in the appropriate forums, you need to show incentive to the people who run the thread I linked. And by incentive, I mean that you need to show that you can actually DO things, instead of things like, OH LOOK I changed sprites I'm a hacker now kind of thing.

This project is ridiculously over ambitious. I won't even try to be optimistic when I say that you won't get a team, you'll never make any real progress, and most of what you want to do will either be a ridiculous amount of work, or downright impossible without going far beyond what any Pokemon hack has been able to do to date. Really, posts like this are why the screening thread exists.
