Hardware Ps3 will refuse to boot anything

So the ps3 has Habbib 4.53/Cobra 7.00 that boots up fine i can go to the xmb but when i try to start anything it starts it but it will stay with a black screen and wont do anything the control still stays synced the ps3 will turn of like normal but it will not show anything. the only other problem this ps3 had is the disk drive doesn't work and has a disk stuck in it so when ever i turn it makes the sound a blender being turned on.

no this is a completely diffrent ps3 that one is fine

For stuck disk drive, disassemble the disk drive by yourself to remove the disc.

Yes and no. i had Rebug 4.46 lite before it booted everything fine but it wouldn't let me install any pkg files so i switched to rogero 4.46/Cobra 7.00 it allowed me to install pkg files but that is when it started to have the blackscreen
