does your 3ds work does it play 3ds roms? or does it not work. or is it the test that you run it fails on one of the tests. mine fails on the sd test but I can play roms with no problem.

i know people want the new update like myself so i can go online to add peoples for bravely default but getting pissed about it or ranting about is not going to help we all just need to wait

I also saw that email saying that it will be released in the next 48 hours, but I think these 48 hasn't passed yet. Anyways, let's all calm down and avoid going apeshit about something trivial.

It worked before. I was able to play professor layton for like one save and then crash. After an hour or so of downgrading and upgrading, the red gateway now does not read at all. The diagnostic test all fails when I try it

Yea, I saw it on the official support forum by a user from Thailand. It was posted at 8:44am local time this morning. The time of the e-mail was 9:35pm, and Thailand is indeed 13 hours ahead of where I live. So I'm going to assume he posted it very shortly after he received it. Meaning, give Team Gateway another 36 hours before everybody freaks out.

I imagine the 7.1 release delayed everything of course.

Tried it with two different ones. One that was 1 GB and one that was 2 GB. Had to trim it to fit the 1 GB but I also trimmed it before and it worked using rom_tool

if another microsd card didn't work then I would send it back as defective. no reason to wait for a firmware to come out cause it sounds like a faulty chip

If it fails even with the 1.2 launcher, then the flashcart must be defective.

Just tried luigi's mansion 2 backup (usa venom) , and for some reason, it is in japanese. Im on gw mode btw with emunand 7.0)

I have also tried dead or alive dimensions , and castlevania lords of shadow mirrors of fate (also usa venom), and those where also in japanese. But alot of other backups I have played from usa venom have been fine. Is that a problem of perhaps mis-labelled roms?

EDIT: Seems like a bug where the emunand and v7 change the language from what I have read. Just got to wait it out til gw has a fix.

ok i just used a spare sd card and made a fresh emunand of my sysnand 4.4, and the backup is now in english. Guess i can swap sd cards til they fix it.

Probably you don't know this, but that website doesn't belong to Gateway. They host GW's launchers after a day (or days) Gateway uploads them to the hosting sites you see in the mirrors.

Look, if the update isnt stable enough, they cant release it. it sre not liars but they just misinterprentd the amount of work ( which is also being delayed by guys like you buy answering 1000 emails a day)

so just wait and dot get angry when you dont get what you want right away.they gave an indiciation when it would come, and it comes only a little bit later just to make things sure ( this is the first time they didnt make a dead line if i remember correctly)

As I mentioned on the 'official' forums. I'm up for waiting, if it means a more stable release. But they should mention it on their official website that b2 / final has been delayed, rather than letting people wait a "few days" that was posted on Dec, 17 as they shared it with others.

I really hope this new emunand release works well. I never got around to installing the first version, so now I'm stuck with 1 worker in Bravely Default until I get emunand up and running so I can use Streetpass Relays.
