ROM Hack transfer pokemon black 2 rom save to black2 retail cartridge

i looked all over the internet but could not find the answer:
my situation:
i have an r4 with pokemon black2 save and a ds lite,i also have a 3ds.
my question: can i transfer the savefile or some pokemons from the rom to a real
Black 2 game cartridge using wpa-connection on the 3ds,ds only uses wep-connection,
so i cannot use the ds for transferring.

You can't use a 3DS to restore a save, because what you want to do would require a hotswap of the gamecard, which DSi and newer do not support anymore. Unless Datel has updated their devices to read the game's saves properly, you're totally SOL unless you get a R4i Savedongle or equivalent.

so with the R4i Savedongle i can transfer the savefile from the R4 to the real gamecartridge?

Yes, you plug the cart into the adapter, run the software, and select your save file, then it'll copy it over and you'll be good to go.
