You have to beat the first Secret Super Training session, which is the one with Roserade on it, but it doesn't guarantee you'll get one.
You can also get different stones by doing an inverse battle in route 18, but again it doesn't guarantee you'll get one at the first try, so just keep trying either one of those methods.

its male, so it cant pass on the hidden ability unfortunately. I plan on just using it as is. if you want one just for the ivs I can trade you one though. itll have to wait till Im done working on my good iv protean greninja though

It can pass its hidden ability, you just need a bit more luck and a Ditto. I think the chance of it passing down the ability that way is 20%.

I'm not sure if arceus is looking over me but I just got 4 Shiny Eevee's throught the Masuda Method in 2 days!
2 of them have IV spread 31/x/31/31/31/31 and the other 2 have 31/x/x/31/31/31

Goes without saying I'm psyched to EV train these guys!
