The UK and the Portuguese one say 12PM and both countries are GMT+0, I live in Portugal so I'd know.

The thing is that currently most European countries are using DST, which add one hour to the clock during summer.

Now that you mention those, I wonder if we'll get them near Pokemon X/Y's release date - especially Miiverse 3DS, so we can talk about X/Y on it.

Man i'm hyped for this i thought it would take them forever to reveal something new about the game but here we have it tomorrow MAN i can't wait !!
My guess is that they will talk about new cool features that the game will add and we will have a new trailer hopefully with some new pokemons !!
