Anyways you get the software from the site printed on the cart to fix the menu thing, as for the error, this.

and your card cannot support

3DS 2.3.0-X or Higher
DSi 1.4.4 or Higher

Pong told you how to fix the "menu?" error. You need to put the software/files he linked onto the cart.

The "Error has occurred" will not be fixed.
