Oh dang.

And what do you mean by ModMii? ModMii is a PC app...
Do you mean WiiMod, or MMM?

Because when WiiU vWii was first hacked, I did experience some troubles with them and IOS249...

Maybe try loading Wii Mod Lite 1.3?
(It is a Mod version to support vWii)
http://www.sendspace.com/file/ti5h9q

It only comes as a .dol though, unsure if you can launch it directly via Smash Stack, might have to load it via Wii Homebrew Launcher or another loader after Smash Stack.

If it does load, go to "Change IOS", and select IOS 249 and wait for it to reload. Then, go to the "WAD Manager" option and try to install the V58I.wad.

I've run the check IOS's option within ModMii and got a csv file a result perhaps it could give someone more information about the state my vWii is in.

OK Guy's,

Succes! Big thanks to the guy's who made it possible!

I've managed to install IOS58 the following way:

1. Boot Homebrew Launcher 1.0 (1.3 did not recognize .dol files) via Smash Stack
2. Boot WiiMod lite 1.1
3. Change to IOS249
4. Install the IOS58 Wad Manager Channel via WiiMod's incorporated Wad Manager.
4. Install (original) IOS58 via Wad Installer channel

All worked like a charm, but i'm not there yet because:

I cannot reinstall HBC, it still freezes at SCAM screen. BUT i'm able to start HBC only the screen is upside down. So there are 2 issues left for me:

1. Homebrew Channel is upside down
2. USB Loader GX as a working Channel.

Below is the HBC Installer log.

Strange thing is: All fixes for upside down HBC say reinstall a unpatched version of IOS58, but i've reinstalled the original (unpatched) IOS58.

ye ive noticed all reports say uninstall then reinstall. but it doesnt sound like thats gonna work for you. also now you have the homebrew channel upside down load it and try re-installing the D2X ios's cause 58 is one of the ones that gets replaced http://www.ps3hax.net/showthread.php?t=49054

if its still upside down after that. then try un-install and re-install homebrew channel

i hope this helps

Well, that is good to know that you got things to run and install this time :)

However, according to the new hackmii log you posted, the IOS58 you installed is NOT a clean and unpatched version, and therefore Hackmii Installer is refusing to use it, therefore trying to use IOS38 again, and freezing again. This also explains why the HBC is upside-down too (it does this when running under a fakesigned IOS). At least you do have HBC loading again (even if it is upside down).

So, it seems that your IOS58 wad is not a good one.

...check your PM inbox.

Once you have another vWii IOS58 wad that you are sure will work, just try installing agian using that vWii IOS58 wad installer channel thingy, and everything related to IOS58 should be working fine once more.

Now, as for the USB Loader GX channel, when vWii was first hacked, some homebrew channels did not work on vWii, and they had to be updated. I would assume that the channel wad you have is not compatible with vWii.
Perhaps try this forwarder wad for USB Loader GX on vWii:

USBLoaderGX Full channel is not updated for vWii (and full channel is only v3.0 r1180 which is a little old).
Use the updated Forwarder channel instead, and place the latest boot.dol on your sd card.

I've read report that the USBLoaderGX Forwarder for vWii is creating video problem (a corrupted line appear on screen until you shutdown the console. It doesn't happen with launching directly from HBC).
I'll look into it when I have some time. (I hope I have the problem, so I could debug it. Not all users have this problem)

I've managed to get a 100% unpatched IOS58 wad file.
1. Uninstalled the "patched" IOS58
2. Installed unpatched IOS58 via Wad Installer Channel.

But after the installation HBC still hangs at the SCAM screen. The same installer.log entries as before.

Don't uninstall IOS, reinstall and it will overwrite the previous one. It will prevent you to be in the same situation as before.

HBC is still upside down even with the clean IOS58?

Thanks, the Forwarder Channel is working flawlessly, I cannot confirm the video problem.
