My two fingers got numb all days.

I need help here. I can't stand it with my two fingers has be numb all days since june 19. Any idea how to stop the numb for all days? It is really annoying when I touch it anything like wash the hand, type on keyboard, move the mouse, blah blah blah, you know the rest. Please help me.

Ibuprofen, rest (ie, not using it for typing, writing, tapping, etc) and a wrist support. Give that a few days. If its still not better, see a doctor.

Yes I did.

Ibuprofen, rest (ie, not using it for typing, writing, tapping, etc) and a wrist support. Give that a few days. If its still not better, see a doctor.

Then do you have better choice while my friend said I dont need to see doctor? I do want see doctor for some reason, but he said I don't have to.
