what worked for me was Updating to the latest version USB Loader GX, i was at 3.0 r1209 but than i updated to r1212(now at r1215) and it worked, have had not had any trouble out of it

you can download the files from here: USB Loader GX r1215
unzip
place what ever iso you want/should be using(i am using 249) into your usb loader folder that is within the apps folder
it should look something like this: X:\apps\usbloader_gx\

i hope this helps, it worked for me

using the link posted and explained above you can either use the boot.dol from 222 249 or 250 folder
you can try'em all and see which ones fixes your issue

thanks for the help :) explaining, its not my strong point lol, i can say when you want to play the wii or show it to friends and you spend upto and sometimes more than 1 hour trying to find out whats wrong, why it won't load and so-on...... it gets ya mad lol, after i updated it has not happen once yet(knock on wood)

r1215_IOS222
r1215_IOS249
r1215_IOS250

how to update my usb loader using these folders ?

like AbdallahTerro stated, within each folder is a "boot.dol" file that you can place in your usb loader folder on your External hard drive

for example mine is "H:\apps\usbloader_gx\"
in that folder is where you place ONE(1) of the "boot.dol" files
i am using the "r1215_IOS249" version

copy boot.dol from r1215_IOS222 folder to your SD:\apps\usbloader_gx\ folder and replace the existing file
Important: Try to launch GX from the Homebrew channel

If it works then you need to update the forwarder channel so let us know what happens
that means there's no problem with the system check ?
