Sold my bugs from last night, made 325k, paid off my 198k loan, and put the last 57k into my current public works project (a cobblestone bridge). Still have plenty of bells left over with the intent to get many more.

YES, a new public works announced in my town. TIME TO RENOVATE!!!! Time to farm some bells. It's raining in my town, so it adds another fish into play. THE COELACANCTH.
Oh the days of hunting that bastard and the Giant Snakehead on the Gamecube game because they were worth, by far, the most bells of anything else.

I already caught it a few days ago. I just love having the choice of catching it again. I have a very good eye, so I can easily recognize which shadow is which fish depending in where it is caught.
For example:
If u see a shadow the size kf a sea bass in a river, it's a dorado.
And yes, that fish on the gamecube was HARD to catch.

Been given 3 oranges by Isabella and will be planting my first tree. She said not to plant them too close to each other or in shaded areas; I've never known this to affect fruit growing in past games....how does it affect it in New Leaf?

Question. Is there a way to find out how much you've spent at Nookling Junction or any of the stores? I'm not sure how much more I have to spend to get to 12,000. *sigh*
