ok so im going to return my old cpu and get a

AMD FX 4350 Processor
Gigabyte 970A UD3 MotherBoard
Geforce GTX 650 ti Boost Superclocked Graphics Card

what do you think ?

Steamroller will actually comes with two sockets for FX lineup, one for AM3+ for backward compatibility at the sake of performance cut while another new socket that replaces AM3+ (that allows HSA).

That setup is indeed better.

As for my computer, I'm running 3770K with 16 GB of RAM and HD7850. Though I rarely game on this computer; this computer is primarly for x264 encoding. I may replace this computer with Steamroller for HSA or Broadwell refined for AVX2.

This comment is redundant until qualified. Which $100 Intel CPUs beats which $150 AMD CPUs? Under what tests?

See, whilst its not so commonly known that Intel CPUs push more instructions per clock cycle than AMD CPUs per price point, that only affects performance in instruction heavy applications (like emulation and VMs). GPU heavy games don't care much which you use, and its mostly CPU heavy unit based games like SC2 that make a difference depending on your choice of CPU.

If you are just gaming, better to stick with FX-4350 since it has higher clock speed (600 MHz faster), hence better single thread performance.

If you are doing more than just gaming, such as video encoding, then FX-6300 makes sense. Although a slight overclock on 6300 easily negate the difference.

First of, avoid brands like Diablotek, Apevia, Raidmax, Logisys, Topower, APEX, etc. Even though Newegg sells them (which I still don't understand how a reputable PC parts seller would stock these brands), these are junk brands.They produce PSUs that often can't deliver the promised wattage, out of ATX specification (which can kill any components it connected to), or worst catching a fire.

If you don't mind mail in rebate, CX500 is a good place to start. 500 W will give you decent headroom should you ever decide to do moderate overclocking on FX CPU.

If you're on a budget (and want a relative good PSU), you could look into the Cooler Master Silent Pro series. I have one and it works great, also it makes honor to its name... its completely silent.

but stay away from the GX series, I only heard bad things about it

seeing how haswell was a total dissapointment
