Hacking R4i SD-HC Dual Core Screen Recorder?

Hey guys! Well, I've been thinking. Why don't they have a camera utility for the R4 SD-HC dual core? I really think they should do that. Let's treat this like I was writing (in this case typing on an iPhone 4, which is Jailbroken, if you remember me as the guy in the chat room saying that I need to reboot my iPhone but it won't let me. The crowd went wild with talking about iPhone and it's Rivals rather than trying to help. Thanks to the guy who told me how to Hard Reboot!) as I was saying, sorry for going off topic, let's treat this as if I were writing an essay for my school. The first reason why there should be recording software for the R4 is because people sometimes don't have webcam/microphone. What's a lets play without a commentator? Pretty boring. The DS has a Built in mic. The recording software should have a Toggleable Mic. And for DSi/3ds Users, a Toggleable front & back camera, maybe even both at once! The second reason is because of graphics & controls. The graphics on a DS emulator for Computer aren't pretty good, so are the controls. But the DS graphics are beast, and the controls are natural. Speaking of graphics, the Video Recorder should export 3 different video files. One is top screen, another is bottom screen, and the last one is customizable, you can position a Top Screen, Bottom Screen, Front Camera, & Rear Camera. Oh, also the sound should have a slider, one for game audio & one for microphone. Which is exported to all 3 videos. And the last reason is... Internet, most people have a wireless router. DesMuMe is incompatible with wireless routers... And the last reason is vacation. Lets say your on "The Oasis of the Seas" why would you bring a laptop & waste space in the briefcase? And you wanna finish the lets play your doing for the crowd? Well, you can't just save it for later with your laptop crying its pixels out cause it misses you and not be able to finish the lets play. You gotta get a screen recorder for the r4! Oh hell NO! No video cameras! It's gonna be hard to see the screen! And how are you gonna play like that? And that's my report! Oh great... Not the essay process again!

You cannot control the Camera in DS Mode in which most contemporary flashcarts work, and even in DSi Mode, I don't remember the Camera functions ever being mapped. All in all, it's not that nobody wants to develop an app like this, it's just that it cannot be done with current libraries and flashcarts/exploits.

There is Microphone access, yes. It can be easily achieved. That said, the microphone in the DS/DSi/3DS is utter crap and no self-respecting human being would ever try to record coherent sound with it - I know, I tried it out myself. The sample rate is very, very poor - you're better off recording things with a cellphone.

The microphone is not linked to the camera, and not a DSi/3DS thing. The original fat-model DS even had the mic, and one of the first games released (Electroplankton) can use it.
