Does it use motion and touchpad features by any chance? You don't use the touchpad much in MH3, and the screen is barely used unless you are playing in Gamepad mode.

Last time I checked it was May 1, but it's been postponed AGAIN to May 15.

Strange that people are reporting vastly different battery lives.

My pad gives me no more than 150 minutes playing MH3U with the default pad settings.

If I watch 3 hours of netflix it's guaranteed to be dead (with netflix on TV, gamepad idle).

Battery life is not great but tolerable. However I am truly dissappointed with the range, I sit 6 feet away and it disconnects when I play Falco's race. Other games disconnect if I more more than 15 feet away (no walls).

I get a average of 3 hour's out of mine. Not really a problem because I'm pretty close to my charging lead when gaming, So if it gets low I just pops it in :-) Been gaming since 1990, So having a lead to power a controller is normal for me (Actually prefer it TBH..)

Well this power pak is still not available and I have doubts it is ever coming out but I have to say the Uboost is completely awesome.

It is really easy to take on and off, so I only put it on when my gamepad is low on battery. The cool thing is once it charges up the gamepad you can take the uboost off again and start charging it separately. I have not tested how long you can actually go doing this but I have never had to cut short a gaming session for battery considerations since getting the Uboost.

It really is not too bulky or heavy at all and it is not a problem at all having it connected. I still prefer to keep it off the majority of the time and only connect it if my battery is low. I usually just set the uboost on the charging cradle by itself while I am playing to make sure it has a full charge just in case I need it.
