What are you typing this from then? The Air?I used to when I had a computer and a DS to speak of...
Now both are broken......
And i am sorry that your DS and Computer broke :/

Nice, i am thinking of getting one as i have a R4-SDHC Upgrade from www.r4i-sdhc.com (Cheap Clone of the R4)I use my SuperCard DStwo to emulate GBA games on my 3DS.
Maybe. I am making a new thread/poll for independent platforms.I expected less votes for no on a site that's dedicated to ROMs and gaming.
But the DS doesn't do emulation that well so it would give a more accurate result if the poll was platform-independent, I think.

No, I'm typing on something that should be dumped in a neuclear waste dump and be forgotten about. What are you typing this from then? The Air?

(and I have to make my art on those...)

Yeah, i thought that was funny too!Oh gods! I just noticed there are two people that voted "what is an emulator?"![]()
I am so sorry you have to use Win 2000No, I'm typing on something that should be dumped in a neuclear waste dump and be forgotten about.
I've paid €20 for one year internet at a local cyberbase.
The catch, the computer technology is that of Win 2000, they only upgraded the componants that was needed to barely run Vista on(and I have to make my art on those...)

Yeah... I just need to get my Wacom Cintiq sold, then I can be back on track with a new computer.I am so sorry you have to use Win 2000![]()
Cool, PS3 emulator's aren't existingYeah... I just need to get my Wacom Cintiq sold, then I can be back on track with a new computer.
And to bring it back on topic, what is the best PS3 emu out there?
And should I get Dolphine for Wii, How would I connect the Wii's sensor bar to it? The plug is very differant...
Oh my god.. Ambassador.... I want that so bad......NeoDS (barring the Neo Geo X, probably the best way to play AES/MVS games on the go) and DSx86/DS2x86 are my top picks. I used to use Alekmaul's stuff (I still play w/ his ports from time to time though) and the various 8bit console emulators a lot back in the earlier days of the DS's life, but not so much now that I own a SCDS2, PSP & JXD S7100. Actually on that topic, my JXD is now my go to device for most my OTG emulation needs.
NeoDS is probably the only emulator I still use on the (3)DS over my other devices, but if I only have my (3)DS w/ me (the JXD is a bit large for say standing in line at the movies and then having to sit w/ it when you get in) I've still got some emulators on the SD that I might mess w/ if I want some retro action. My 3DS is also an ambassador unit so I've got Nintendo's "gifts" on it. Really, though, unless I want to play some SVC Chaos or Metal Slug I really don't do much emulation on the DS anymore.

They don't exist? Then what is: http://ps3.emulatorx.info/Cool, PS3 emulator's aren't existing
Dolphin is good, and you have to buy a wall plug sensor bar, the remote just connects to it, not the computer.
Or you can mod your sensor bar here.
After you mod it though, it has to be powered by USB, and i don't know if it works for the real wii afterwards.

A scam. Fucking duh. They don't exist? Then what is: http://ps3.emulatorx.info/

Well actually I've heard a few good things about it (and its the only one there is that is real... so far)A scam. Fucking duh.
Don't be so gullible.

No, this does not actually do what it promises, you did not read any actual reviews. At best, they were faked youtube comments (we even have a sticky in the 3DS section on how to spot fakes like this).Well actually I've heard a few good things about it (and its the only one there is that is real... so far)
The only complaints I've read about it is lowered framerate, somewhat lesser graphics than the actual and still needing a wopping computer to play anything.
(also, not everything works; freezing, crashing etc)

I didn't see this on YouTube... I found this via forums. No, this does not actually do what it promises, you did not read any actual reviews. At best, they were faked youtube comments (we even have a sticky in the 3DS section on how to spot fakes like this).

The power isn't in question, nor is the technicalities.I didn't see this on YouTube... I found this via forums.
(When I try and find something PS3 emu related on YouTube I get knocked dead by the amount of vids that exists there! So I prefer finding my way with forums, if only one post shouts fake I drop it)
I understand that a PS3 would need a ton of power... but I don't see why its not possible since laptops are coming out with Blue Ray drives, and unless I'm mistaken, aren't PS3 discs Blue Ray? Ok, so a vid needs a whole lot less processing power than a game, but the PS3 is considered having a "mid range" graphics card...
... though I guess I'll have to wait and see (like with the 3DS)
