For those who got the Pokemon Mystery Dungeon stationary I have just one question.

When you got the stationary was it unlocked automatically within your collection or was it received by a Nintendo employee like any other stationary?

Stationaries get sent by Nintendo Staff (or similar) to certain 3DS owners, these people send them to friends, they send them to their friends, etc.
In the end, half of the world got them.

Well I was asking about these specific stationary since it seems to be exclusive to those who played Black2/White2 on their 3DSes.

I'm just wondering how those owners received their stationary.

Don't lie, I've played them both on my Japanese 3DS, and yet I didn't get any of the 2.

I'm not. The Blue one I got on 2 machines actually says "Hello Pokemon Black 2 players, I'm Seth from Nintendo" in the attached sound file on the note.

I dont normally play DS games on my 3DS but I made an exception this once for the sake of getting a note from Nintendo.

I do own both Black 2 and White 2. Is it possible to get both notes from Nintendo or just one?

I can confirm its possible to get both notes from Nintendo. Literally is the exact same note written except seth says a different Pokemon version for each note "Blue = Pokemon Black 2, Red = Pokemon White 2"

it's strange. i got the luigi's mansion stationery from a few people on my friends list, but i never actually got the note from miyamoto... but my other firends who just got their 3dses too did. only diff between me and them is that they're playing fire emblem and i'm not. is that the reason?

No. I don't have Fire Emblem and I got the note on all my 3DS units.

i have my region set to canada (alberta) because the singapore eshop is empty and the local nintendo distributor is useless. so have both of my friends, and they both got the note....

still haven't gotten it 'till now...

haha we only picked canada 'cos their eshop accepts foreign credit cards. all 3ds users in singapore have their location set to either canada alberta or brazil. we would set to usa but they don't accept 'em... plus the point cards cost double or triple the amount written on them.
