Check to make sure your Flash Plugin is updated to the latest version, and I would run a virus scan in safe mode with malwarebytes just to make sure. Sounds like you have a virus. You COULD always try deleting /system32 on your hard drive. That's where most viruses are. Deleting that folder will guarantee the virus will be gone.
