So a friend of mine recently gave me a rom hack called Pokemon Dragon Stone. When it booted up, it said Erasing NOR Flash, What does that mean? Also, the Nintendo logo isn't on the game when it starts, it just freezes with the Gameboy Logo and a whole bunch of pixelated crap! Thanks for the help!~

The NOR is a part of your slot-2 cart's memory used to boot larger roms.
What is your slot-2 device? What is the rom size of this rom hack?

Sounds like a disguised DSBricker, but I'm not an expert in GBA ROMs and flashcarts.

That being said, what is it running on? An emulator?
Nope, my ez flash! I think I figured it out! I wasn't using gbaxploader when it was higher then 16 mbs and I already had KH:CoM in the NOR, so i think i just screwed up my KH! But now the other game is running perfectly!

Ez Flash 3in1, and 16.3! I didn't know it was that size, and I already had KH:CoM on the NOR, and I didn't run it on a new save, so I think KH just got over written! -_-
