Gaming download code not received

Having the same problem too, and I sent an email to Nintendo and they replied, saying:


Users will be sent their free download code by mid January, if you have not received your download code by this time please contact us so we can look into this matter further.

Hmm.. cutting it a bit short aint they, iirc you can only download the free game until Jan 31 as the offer closes then.

This doesn't make sense. It seems some Nintendo employees don't know shit about their own promotion.

well i loged to nintendo.de cause i got mine in Germany and got the code.
Btw is it possible to redownload the game?
Let's say i format the SD for some reason, can i download the game again after Jan 31?

No, you can cash in your code till Jan 31. Once you have cashed it in, you are licensed to download the game.

Yeah but im dutch and must go to nintendo.nl so i thought its .com for the english people

I finally got an email today from Nintendo with my download code after I emailed them. It seems their promotion system has bugs as their new site is still work in progress.
So if you didn't get your code after 1 week, email them and they will send you the code manually.
