Gaming Question about buying Foreign PSN Games

1.) is it legal? will I get banned?
2.) I heard you can use entropay but a recent update banned the use of it? what else can we use to buy foreign games?
3.) How does psn game trading work?
4.) where can i get a list of ps2 games on psn?

For question 1, no otherwise i would have been long banned by now.

For question 3 its advised not to account share because not only will people steal your psn account but, sony have reduced the activations to 2 recently so you won't get very far account sharing.

For question 4 try wikipedia, never used entropay so can't answer that.

So lets say I decided to to install my ff7 on my cousins and my ps3. Can I still install it on another ps3 if I deleted my account on my cousins ps3?
What happens when your account gets banned? will your psn games not work?
Do you need internet whenever you play a psn game? or is that a one time process.
