Hacking Dios Mios Problems

Hallo, peoples! I am currently trying to get Dios Mios 2.2 to correctly run my game. I am trying to play Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance (U) at the moment. The game worked fine up to Chapter 6, then when I was about to finish it, the game froze. After retrying, now I can hardly start the chapter (or sometimes the game) without it either giving me the "An error has occurred." message or just plain freezing!

So anyway, I am currently using Dios Mios 2.2 (the version said to work perfectly with FEoR) and USB Loader GX. Neither rev1198 nor rev1200 are working for me, and act the same way with the game. Does anyone know what versions or settings I should be using to run the game correctly? As I said, the game worked perfectly before, and the Compatability List said that it works great (no problems) with DM 2.2 on USB Loader GX 3.0 r1198.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance! :3

my best bets would be to either try changing loader (can make a difference apparently) or try a different iso. As for the compatibility chart, sometimkes you have to take it with a pinch of salt, while some games may boot whoever submitted it may have not tested the game fully to the end

I can try, but I heard some loaders won't accept all USB flash drives. As for the iso, I can't find many for the game that doesn't take ages to download or have some limit.
Anyway, thanks. I'll try it out. I saw someone that got the game working fine, so I'm waiting for a reply as to how.

Ok, I'll try it out. When I got the CFG Loader and the mod that was supposed to work with Dios Mios 2.2, there's no option for it. I go to the DM version list to change to DM2.2 like the guide said to, but only DML versions were available. So how do I use CFG Loader?

As for the link, it was a list for only DM, not DML. Path of Radiance is listed for DM 2.2 and USB Loader GX 3.0 rev1198. That worked for a while, but then this all happened.

That maybe an issue worth chasing up in the GFC Loader thread we have here. I can only speak for myself and say when I tried it It worked for me in GFG (keep in mind I was using the latest version at the time) and I never even had to change the settings in the DM Loader settings

Ok, I'm trying it. With the latest version (the r70 48mod or whatever) it just shuts down the Wii or goes to a black screen. the latest release version gives me the "apploader" fail message.
