Wait...you mean to tell me, that the OP tested a game various times...was completely unsatisfied...goes straight to GBATemp to complain and ask for judgement on whether he should ditch it or not...and never once thought to talk to the team, despite them obviously showing effort for their product ._. ....I just don't know what to think anymore.
I think you do, actually, and are merely being polite by saying that you don't. I know I do.

How on earth could that have ever happened?

True, but even when emulating SNES and even NES on my soft-modded Wii or laptop, there are slowdowns if more than a certain number of elements appear on the screen.
That's because this is how the SNES actually worked. Emulators that emulate properly will emulate the correct clock speed and limitations of the hardware.

Play the same games on an actual SNES and you'll see they slow down in the same places.

However, some emulators have an option to compensate by overclocking the emulated CPU to reduce slowdowns. I know Gens does for the Genesis. It's a nice feature but sometimes you have to turn it off because some games don't like it.

2401 - MegaMan Battle Network 6 - Cybeast Gregar (U)(LightForce) [79452182]

there is a high pitch tone in place of the blaster sound. it seems the hardware is only producing the highest pitch of the blaster sound. there is a similar issue with rayman advance where only the lower notes of the audio track play. previous rom issues were fixed in a firmware update. please post your problems into THIS thread. the k-team is aware of that thread and they are following it in an attempt to fix any firmware bugs.

with that said, the game is 100% playable.

LCD is abit blur and shaking, feel dizzy after long hours of play.

the graphics are stretched due to the aspect ratio. because of the resolution they won't look as pixel perfect and hard around the edges as they would on a real gba sp. what do you mean the graphics are shaking? please describe exactly what you see.

OP, if you still have your K1, would you mind testing a game and telling the performance results (Golden Sun should be fine)? I'm somewhat surprised that nobody has mentioned this idea (been bothered by it since post #6...thus why I posted a little after that)...but maybe your microSD is just shit ._. ....I don't think I have seen any indication that you have actually tried a different microSD, different class, w/e...I'm somewhat just going to assume you don't have retail copies of both the (E) and (U) versions.
ok, I tested golden sun - the lost age, it seems this game is powerful hard to emulate game on GBA, even with DSTWO, it's working fine without lag and sounds perfect, I never play this game before so I don't know but I didn't notice anything strange, just 5 minutes of gameplay after some fights

NDSGBA is better than official GBA VC on the 3DS.
Is it really that bad? I wouldn't know, since I'm not an ambassador.

NDSGBA has a bit more input lag/frameskipping that takes getting used to (and makes the Mother 3 action commands nearly impossible) but has better features including save states.

Just my opinion: Performance similar to the real thing is much much MUCH more important than "features."

Depends on what games you like. I am an RPG fan so it is much less noticeable than in say, Super Mario World.
