Know Your Temps info



For those of you that are new to the game, here are the rules:

• One user will be put on the questioning stand every two days (or so)
• Once that user's session of questioning starts, anybody can ask that user a reasonable amount of questions they want via posting on the thread
• These questions can be about anything. Personal life, GBAtemp/internet life, pet peeves, questions, musical tastes, "what if" situations...anything!
• Please try to post all your questions at once, in one solid post
• Upon receiving questions, the user that is in the spotlight can answer them at anytime, as long as it's before their time is up.

This quirky little activity will help us get to know our fellow 'tempers even better in an exciting, chaotic manner! Those who have an upcoming KYT session will be notified about their upcoming session via PM.

How old/young are you? To the internet, I would probably be 17. In reality, I am 21.
Am I boring with the same questions ;o?? The same questions as what?
Hows life? Life is good, though painfully boring at times. I can't say it's annoying, because I'm contractually obligated against saying so.
What's your favorite Hamtaro Hampster? Oh, it's been such a long time since I watched that, so...uh...what's the name of the one that's almost always asleep?
Shoutbox? Shoutbox what? I'm not sure I follow.
Favorite game? My favorite game would have to be Jam with the Band, for the Nintendo DS. I don't believe I could live without it anymore.

Person which you admire the most on GBATemp as wel as in RL? I actually admire a lot of people on GBATemp. Every single hacker worth talking about. In real life...well...I can't say.
What genre of music do you like best? I don't really have a preference. All kinds of music are good in my book.
Ever felt like you could enjoy the weather for hours and hours on end? I have, but not the hot, sunny weather or the cold, dim weather.
You like cats ;3? Cats are beautiful creatures and if Chell wasn't allergic to them then I would definitely have one around the house.

Why are your friends so fucking hilarious? Meant in a good way. They're not actually hilarious. It's just their actions that are funny. Not that anyone's complaining, eh?
Think you can bring em to the temp? Not likely, as they don't want to search for their answers and instead get them by asking. If I had them all make accounts, they would probably make twelve million threads asking things like "Why doesn't this DS2 application work on my R4?" or "How do I play GBA ROMs with my Acekard on my DSi?" (and believe me, I've tried to tell them the true answers and they don't believe me).

When you're tired, is it fair to call you sore-a de eclaune? Coincidentally, that's already happened once before.

How do you feel about Lucario? Lucario is an overrated Pokemon, but I just can't get over how much of a woobie he is.
What is your favorite Pokemon? It's a tie between Deoxys and Keldeo.
Favorite Digimon? What's the final form of Gatomon again? The one that comes after Angewoman.

Have you ever heard of Monster Rancher? Yes, but I've never truly looked into it because it looks to me like Digimon if it had been originally intended to be a Pokemon-themed Tamagotchi.
How many video games do you own? A lot. Without Alessa bringing her collection of PS2 games with her, we probably would have about 12 games.
Favorite flashcard? ...I don't remember what it's called, but it's the one for the Super Nintendo.
Do you think I am Lucario's number one fanboy? I'm not sure. I haven't been to Japan to check for Lucario fanboys.

what is your most loved gbatemp member? Don't tell anyone I told you, but... Nagato, actually. Without them, we wouldn't have a Nanashi no Game translation.

You don't know Dinoh? D= I usually lurk in the NDS forums. I haven't seen Dinoh around there.
How come you never go to the Shoutbox? My roommates tried to have a frenzy there once. I've actually had to block the shoutbox with adblock plus to keep it from happening again.
Do you visit the EoF? Occasionally, but lately the threads there aren't worth posting in.
What's your fave rpg? The Wizard of Oz: Beyond the Yellow Brick Road. I have never seen a more unique (or rare) RPG.
Dragon Quest or Final Fantasy? I don't want to take any sides. The two series are equally good. PLEASE DON'T HURT ME!
What's your favourite console? Just consoles, or do handhelds count too?
Have you ever gone to explore abandoned (supposedly haunted) houses IRL? (It's really cool to do it) Yes. It turns out the place wasn't haunted, and it was intentionally rigged to appear haunted as a joke by some poor souls.
Karate or Kung-Fu? I'm not sure. Which is less deadly and more fun?
Have you ever tried eating pet food? When I was a little kid, I loved dogs. My cousin told me that if I ate dog food I'd turn into a dog. Stuff happened and I vowed never to try that again.
What's your favourite Fatal Frame game? I don't know. I've never actually played a Fatal Frame game. The only copies we have are shrink-wrapped and kept in locked boxes because they're special editions or something, and it's really difficult to find a good copy nowadays.
The beach or the pool? The beach, definitely.
Favourite food? Anything with elbow macaroni that's slathered in spaghetti sauce.
Have you tried portuguese food? I've thought about it, but half the things that sound genuinely good are full of ingredients that can't be found at my local grocery store.
Do you believe in aliens? If aliens didn't exist, then why am I wearing this hat?
Do you like mechas? It really depends on the mecha. Now, if you're talking about mechas in the sense of Gundam, not really. I'm not into mecha space battles. However, Zoids is right okay in my book.
Have you played/seen Medabots? I've only heard of Medabots. I've never even found it in the TV guide.
If so, what's your fave Medabot? Refer to previous question.
Don't you think there's too many Pokemon hacks? In relation to specific games, yes. Black and White, not so much. Yellow, not so much. FireRed/LeafGreen? Hell yeah.
What game would you like translated the most? It's a tie between Tales of the Tempest, Nanashi no Game Me, Okaeri! Chibi-Robo: Happy Richie Osouji, and Sigma Harmonics.
What's your fave sport? Soccer, mostly because it's a really good sport if you're not athletic enough for things like football or baseball, but don't like tennis.
Do you feel any remorse when you kill another living creature (like flies)? It depends on the creature and how it was killed. If it was an accident, I do feel remorse. If it was not, who cares.
Do I have anything else to ask? That is a question for you to ask yourself, young grasshoppah.

tetris or puyo? Puzzle League or, as it's most widely known, Tetris Attack or Pokemon Puzzle League.
if you have a fav yu-gi-oh card what would it be? I know only up to the beginning of the virtual world arc, so if I had been watching the whole time my favorite could be different, but... Relinquished. It's so overpowered! It's just too bad the card's been banned in tournaments, because I used to have a deck based around that one card (not the Pegasus starter deck, but one of my own creation. Come to think of it, I probably would need 20 new cards for that deck anyway because I heard of some of the bans and it covers half my deck).
do you go to chruch? When someone gets married, yes. Otherwise, no. No offense to religious people, but there are just some overbearing religious honkies that go that would probably beat me up for being friends with a lesbian, not having memorized the entire bible, and saying things like "Oh god what".

How are you? Great, though very tired.
What's your favorite game system? The Nintendo DS, of course.
Do you like the Vita? I've never seen one in person, so I can't say.
What about the 3DS? The 3DS looks amazing! However, I'll probably have to wait for the 3DSi XLL Premium Plus before the price on the original drops enough that I can afford it.
Do you own either? Nope.
If so, favorite games? I'd have to go with Ocarina of Time 3D, as that's the only game I've ever played on a 3DS. It was just a demo, but it still was a very good remake despite being virtually the same game.
Favorite pastime? Playing Wii Music with friends.
Do you like skiing or snowboarding? Snowboarding seems pretty cool, though I've never skied or snowboarded because we don't get that kind of snow around here. Just enough to cover the ground and use for snowmen and snowball fights, and maybe sled down small hills.
